Reports of widespread mal-practices in voting

Kathmandu, 10 April: Reports of widespread mal-practices in assembly elections are pouring in.
Maoists stopped RPP Chairman Pashupati SJB Rana from going to his constituency in Sindhupalchowk to vote.
Polling was suspended at two centers in Mohottari following clashes between Nepali Congress and CPN-UML.
Police firing broke out at Sugu injuring several persons.
Maoist have obstructed voters from proceeding to polling centers in Ramechap obstructing the vote.
Voting has been obstructed and suspended at several centers in Chitwan where ballots were burnt at one center.
Congress has obstructed voting at a center in Dolakha. as to cneters Congress put obstructed.
Police fired at a center in Sarlahi following a dispute between CPN-UML. and Congress.
Former US President Jimmy Carter observed elections at a polling center in Lalitpur.
Voting at a center in Siraha was suspended after Maoists captured a booth at a village and a police has been injured at a firing at another center in the sensitive district.
Elections have suspended at four centers each in Ramechap and Mohottari.
voting has been suspended at other centers as well.
