By Bhola B Rana

Kathmandu, 19 Oct: Maoist Defence Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal hit out at the Nepali Congress and its Acting President Sushil Koirala for opposing integration of Maoist PLA with state security agencies.
“What is Sushilji talking about? Has he gone made or lost his memory?” Koirala asked at a programme in the capital Saturday.
He asked Koirala and Congress to pour over drafts signed by parties since April 2005.
Maoists claim integration is mentioned in agreements and the interim constitution.
Nepali Congress says integration isn’t mentioned in documents.
But, anyway, political parties have signed vague documents that can be interpreted differently as is happening now.
Badal said combatants can be integrated in four security state agencies, including the intelligence wing infiltrated by activists of other political parties weakening the task of intelligence gathering.
Nepali Congress has threatened to come out on the streets to oppose integration.
