Revenue collection up 24 percent

Kathmandu, 31 Oct: Revenue collection jumped 24 percent in the first three months of the current fiscal year 2008/09 until the end of October to Rs 25 billion compared to the same period the previous year, the Finance Ministry said.
Customs, VAT, income tax and others revenue collections increased.
