Kathmandu, 5 April: The controversial meeting between the prime minister and the chief justice took place at Baluwatar, the official residence of the government chief.
Immediate reaction from party sources weren’t available.
But one government source who preferred anonymity said,” Private meetings used to take place between the prime minister and the chief justice in the past.
“But the chief justice entered the official residence of the prime minister through the official residence on the day when the supreme court was hearing a government appeal against a court decision asking government to reinstate brigadiers.
“This is unusual.”
