Seven parties fail to agree on smooth running of parliament

Kathmandu, 1 April: Seven parties, including main opposition Nepali Congress, couldn’t agree Wednesday on how to run the current winter session of parliament smoothly.
The parties held discussions Wednesday after Tuesday’s session was disturbed.
Nepali Congress has decided to take an aggressive stance against Maoists leading the government.
Coalition partner of Maoists in government has also started taking a tough stance against Maoists accusing it of murdering its student activist Butwal six days ago.
CPN-UML has been boycotting cabinet meetings demanding action against an identified Maoist killer.

One shot dead, three injured in Rautahat

Kathmandu, 1 April: A hill person was shot dead and three others were injured by Ranabir Sena group in Rautahat oveernight.
Arjun Dhimal was dragged out of his home by a group of rebels and shot dead while three others were injured.
The Sena is demanding a Hindu state.

Belgian gored by a rhino in Chitwan

Kathmandu, 1 April: A rhino gored
a Belgian tourist in the Chitwan National Park Tuesday.
He managed to survive.
Others in the group weren’t injured.

Police seize vehicle of minister

Kathmandu, 1 April: Police Wednesday seized the vehicle of Supply Minister Rajendra Mahoto while campaigning in by-elections in Kanchanpur.
Mahoto, it was alleged, was violating an election code of conduct.

Can you please give some details on the accident of belgian tourist attacked by rhino on 1 april. He is presumably my brother in law and we are trying to get information.
