Writ registered in supreme court challenging presidential action

Kathmandu, 4 May: A writ was registered at the supreme court saying challenging the presidential decision asking the army chief to continue was unconstitutional.
The writ registered by INHURED, a NGO, says the president can only act on the advice of the government.
The writ was registered less then 24 hours after the president acted.
A hearing will begin Tuesday.
