Health Minister Umakant Chaudhary visits Jajarkot

Kathmandu, 7 July: Health Minister Umakant Chaudhary Tuesday belatedly visited Jajarkot with a medical team after six more died of diarrhea talking the death toll on 86 in two months.
Diarrhoea has taken an epidemic form in the hill district in the mid-West district.
The epidemic has spread to 28 on the district’s 30 VDCs.

Two alleged child abductors killed in Bhaktapur

Kathmandu, 7 July: Two alleged child kidnappers were killed and two others were seriously injured when locals mauled them in Dunche, Bhaktapur, Tuesday.
The alleged kidnapers died in hospital while undergoing treatment.
They were mauled in front of a school.

10 bodies identified in Qatar

Kathmandu, 7 July: Bodies of eight more Nepalis killed in a ship wreck in Qatar last week were identified at a hospital in the Gulf Tuesday, the Nepali embassy said.
Bodies of 10 Nepalis have been identified so far.
Bodies of all Nepalis have been recovered and bodies of two more Nepalis have to be identified.
Nepali embassy has identified all the Nepalis killed.
