Army Chief Gen. Gurung chief guest at IMA
Kathmandu, 12 Dec.: Army Chief Gen. Chatraman Singh Gurung will be chief guest at the passing out parade of cadets at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehra Dun, India, he is currently visiting.
He is a graduate of the academy.
The chief will also inspect the passing out parade of the cadets.
The army chief’s India visit marks the restoration of military ties between Nepal and Indian armies before 2005.
Gen. Gurung is being appointed honourary general of the Indian army.
