Ram Chandra Paudel files nomination papers (DEVELOPING STORY)
Kathmandu, 20 July: NC Vice-chairman Ram Chandra Paudel was the first to file his nomination paper Tuesday 30 minutes before the deadline expires at five in the afternoon to submit application.
Five forms were collected from the office of parliament.
