THREE BURIED ALIVE REPARING KRISHNA PRASAD BHATTARAI’S HOME

Kathmandu, 20 Feb.: Three labourers were killed when they were buried while constructing a retaining wall at the residence of former Prime Minister Krishna Bhattarai provided by government at Badgaon in Lalitpur Sunday.
Two others survived.
Bhattarai wasn’t present there.
He’s being treated for lung, heart and kidney ailments at hospital.

UNMIN CLOSING DOWN 15 APRIL

Kathmandu, 20 Feb. UNMIN is closing down its office 15 April.
The office asked claimants to submit bills for clearance Sunday.
UNMIN withdrew 15January after a failed four-year effort.

NEPAL ENTERS SENI-FINALS OF ACC T20 WOMEN’S CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Kathmandu, 20 Feb.: Nepal Sunday entered the semi-finals of the ACC T20 women’s cricket tournament in Kuwait beating the Gulf state by 47 runs.
The victory was Nepal’s third successive win in the tournament.
