PM ADDRESSING NATION LATER FRIDAY

Kathmandu, 18 Feb.: Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal is addressing the nation later Friday.
He held discussions with Maoist Chairman Prachanda Friday morning after the party standing committee aborted his attempt to expand his 15-day government by including Maoists.
UML standing committee opposed Khanal’s decision to award what has been described as a ‘security-related’ home ministry to Maoists.
Meanwhile, NC Presdent Sushil Koirala said Friday his party won’t accept a seven-party agreement ‘between two individuals’.
