NSP MAHOTO SPLITS

MAOIST CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEET PUT OFF AGAIN UPDATE
Kathmandu, 18 July: A scheduled Maoist central committee was again put off Monday citing inadequate home work.
The committee was to discuss a political presented by Chairman Prachanda to the committee Sunday
Another meeting has been called Tuesday..

Kathmandu, 18 July: Four lawmakers of Rajendra Mahato-led NSP Monday announced their defection from the opposition party.
They formed the Federal Sadhbhawana Party and Anil Kumar Jha leads it.
Khovari Ray, Mahendra Prasad Yadav and Malwati Devi Rana joined Jha.
NSP Mahoto still has five lawmakers in the CA/parliament.
Madeshbadi parties are deeply divided.
They have formed a front of five parties to push regional demands; it’s not certain whether the new party will join the front.
