FURTHER DETAILS OF DR, BHATTARAI ELECTION

Kathmandu, 28 Aug. The front that signed a four-accord with UCPN (Maoist) has been describing itself as the fourth force in Nepali national politics and has emerged as a kingmaker.
The four-point agreement was signed at the premises of parliament .The front has 65 members.
The agreement will have a bandwagon effect and propel hesitant small parties, especially splinter communist groups, to support Maoists.
CPN-ML (Socialist), with four parliamentary seats. lent support to UCPN (Maoist).
Rastriya Janamorcha of Chitra Bahadur KC , with five seats,also supported Maoists.
An effort to build a democratic and main opposition has crumbled.
Dr. Bhattarai is not new to government.
He was finance minister in a previous government.
Bhattarai is an architectural engineer who graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi and wife Hishila is a minister of land reforms in the outgoing Khanal ministry.
