100 INJURED IN SUNDAY QUAKE
Kathmandu, 19 Sept. One hundred persons were injured in Sunday’s quake, home ministry said Monday in a fresh update of casualty figures.
Twenty-four of them are serious.
Two mountain highways have been blocked in the east by landslide debris.
The landslide was triggered by the 6.8 Richter jolt.
Movement of vehicles on Kosi Ramarj and British-aided Dharan-Dhankuta highway have been disrupted with debris falling of the highway.
A track is being constructed to open the Dharan-Dhankuta highway.
