Kathmandu, 28 Sept.: Maoists and top leaders began high-level discussions to conclude the peace process and constitution drafting.
The meeting after Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai began high-level discussions with parties immediately after he returned this week from New York where he addressed the annual UN general assembly.
Top leaders of both parties are huddled in discussions at official PM residence at Baluwatar in which Maoist Chairman and NC President Sushil Koirala are also participating.

YOGENDRA SHRESTHA ARRESTED AFTER HANDOVER BY INDIA

Kathmandu, 28 Sept.: Yogendra Shrestha wanted for banking fraud charges, was arrested Wednesday
He was then Chairman of Nepal Share Markets—a leading finance.
He was hiding in India for months after details of the fraud broke.
He was handed over to Nepal by India at the border in the far-West.
