; MADESHBADI PARTIES AGREE ON MINISTRY SHARING UPDATE

Kathmadu, 3 Sept: Following an agreement between five constituents of Mmadeshbadi parties on sharing ministries, the two-member cabinet of Prime Minister Dr.Baburam Bhattarai will be expanded Sunday.
The parties reached an agreement at the residence of TMLP Chairman Mahant Thakur Saturday.
MJFN (Republican) said an agreement had been reached on ministry sharing.
Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar, who is also chairman of MJFL, is the other cabinet member.
MJFL will be allotted four ministries as agreed earlier.
Two ministries each were earlier set aside for three other constituents and one to NSP.
MJFN (Republican) will now have control of two ministries and the party will also have a minister without portfolio in the government with Maoists.
Two ministries each have been set aside for TMLP and TMLP-Nepal and one to NSP.
The front won’t have any more deputy prime ministers, according to Thakur.
Maoists haven’t also announced a complete list of their government team amid claims by factions and differences
The Mohan Baidya faction said Friday it won’t join the Bhattarai government until party decision to rectify a decision to handover keys and containers with weapons to a government special committee.
PM Bhattarai does not look after any ministry.
