Kathmandu, 21 Oct.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna Friday discussed broad bilateral issues in the
Indian capital, including the delayed peace ad constitution drafting processes.
They also discussed border security and placing Indiaan air marshals onboard flights of Indian carriers operating between the two countries.
