VICE-PRESIDENT TO HANDLE PRESIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Kathmandu, 10 Oct. Vice-president Parmananda Jha will oversee responsibilities of the head of state in the absence of President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav.
The president entrusted the responsibility, according to the interim constitution, to Jha before embarking on a four-day state visit of Qatar Mondaym an official announcement said.

Kathmandu, 10 Oct.:: Gold gained another Rs 200 per tola Monday
The price rose by Rs.900 per tola in two days.
The precious metal was traded for Rs 50,300 per tola 4 October.
Price increased in the local market after gold gained in the international market.
