NO NEPALI ATHLETE WILL PARTICIPATE IN 2012 LONDON OLYMPICS

FURTHER DETAILS OF RESTRUCTURE COMMISSION MEET

Kathmandu, 27 Nov.: The State Restructuring Commission (SRC) held its first meeting at Nepal Administrative Training Academy, Jawalakhel on Sunday, RSS reports.

The meeting held under the chairmanship of SRC member Malla K Sundar, discussed on determination of work procedure and jurisdiction of the SRC.


Member Mall K Sundar said the next meeting of the SRC will pass the work procedure on Monday.

The meeting also assigned member Krishna Hachhethu as spokesperson of the commission.

Thanking government for the formation of the commission, the meeting appealed to one and all to extend support to the commission on its works.

Meanwhile, the SRC´s office has been set up at the Training Academy today.

The government had formed the SRC, comprising eight members on November 22.

Olympics after a dismal performance at the Asian Qualification in Bangkok.
Manita Shahi, Ayasha Shakya, Rohit Tamang and Ashish Maharjan lost their matches in various weight categories.
