NO TALKS BETWEEN PARTIES FOR NATIONAL GOVT.
SHITAULA SAYS NO TALKS HAVE BEEN HELD FOR NATIONALL GOVT.
Kathmandu, 16 Nov.: Nepali Congress General Secretary
Krishna Prasad Shitaula said Tuesday no talks have been held
between parties to form a national government amid claims by Prime Minister Babura Bhattarai he’ll lead such government after
concluding the peace process this month.
‘Such talk now is the prime minister’s sole thinking. No such
discussion has been held. We don’t want to take discussions ahead until peace process is completed,” Shitaula said.
“We won’t take the leadership of government until a point is reached where the peace process can’t be overturned. The Maoists will continue until that point,” he added.
