PARLIAMENT SESSION DELAYED UPDATE

Kathmandu, 18 Nov.: A meeting of parliament scheduled at one in the afternoon to approve the 11th amendment to the interim constitution toform an expert panel to suggest a federal structure hasn’t started until four in the afternoon Friday.
Start of the legislative session has been mainly delayed as no agreement has been reached yet in UCPN (Maoist) on forming an expert panel.
Three major parties earlier hoped the amendment would be approved Friday.
The agenda of parliament was to approve the amendment.
