DISAPPEARED NUMBER REACHES 1,452
Kathmandu, 1 Dec.: Some forty people have been disappeared in the country recently, said the Relief and Rehabilitation Unit Task Force of the Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction, RSS reports.

The Task Force had studied from May 1911 till now and found 26 males and one woman disappeared in Bardiya, four males in Pyuthan, three males in Rolpa, one male in Kalikot, three males in Dhankuta and one male in Rautahat.

The number of the disappeared has reached to 1,452, according to the Unit.

Relief distribution has been started for the families of those losing life and disappeared during the conflict, said an official at the Disappeared and Abduction and Disability Relief Section, Pitanath Luintel.

As wife of the deceased only used to get Rs. 25,000, in the past, now the amount will also be given to the wife of the disappeared as well, said the District Administration Office.

He said those who had received Rs. 100,000 two years ago, will now receive 200,000 and those not receiving earlier will get Rs 300,000 in a lump sum, he said.

DISSOLVE GOVT. SAYS UPENDRA YADAV
Kathmandu, 1 Dec.: Chairman of the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) Nepal, Upendra Yadav has said that there is a need of national consensus government for peace and constitution, RSS reports from Biraatnagar.
Talking with media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Thursday morning, Chairman Yadav blamed that ministers of the present government were immersed in corruption, so, this government could not be regarded as a national government.

Yadav further said his party will not join Bhattarai lead government and stressed on the need of dissolution of the government.
