EMERGENCY DECLARED AROUND MANAHARA WHERE BIRD FLU BROKE OUT

Kathmandu, 3 Dec.: A cabinet meeting Friday declared an emergency over areas east of Lokanthali, north of Arniko Highway and Manohara
Khola following an outbreak of bird flu.
A campaign will be launched immediately to contain the outbreak.
Bird flu has broken out for the first time in the Valley.
