UPDATE FOUR TOP RULING PARTY AND OPPOSITION LEADERS EMPOWERED TO FORM NATIONAL GOVT.

Kathmandu, 4 Dec.: A meeting of the Bin Three and Madeshbadi parties Sunday empowered top four party leaders to form a national government.

Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, NC President Sushil Koirala, UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal and UDMF Coordinator Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar were empowered, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister
Narayan Kaji Shrestha said.
Their proposal will be presented at the next summit.
Dr Madan Pariyar has been appointed member of state restructuring commission representing to represent Dalits; the commission has already started work to suggest a federal state structure in the next two months.
A Dalit was nominated after demands from minority groups.
