LEGISLATOR ATTACKED IN HIS RENTED ROOM

Kathmandu, 12 Dec.:: Lawmaker and Chairman of the Committee to Determine the Form of Governance of State (CDFGS) under the Constituent Assembly (CA), :Kathamandu,12 Dec.: Shambu Hajara Dushad ‘Paswan’was hurt in an attack in his rented room overnight at Sajha Basti in the capital by unidentified group of five people.
He is a lawmaker and chairman of committee to determine of governance of constituent assembly.
Paswan is being treated for minor head and limb njuries.

COLD WAVE CLAIMS ONE LIFE IN MOHOTTARI
Kathmandu, 12 Dec.: Aghanu Mandal, 55, a resident of Jaukhatol of Sandha VDC -9 of the district died due to cold on Monday morning RSS reports from Gaushala.

He died because of excessive cold that has increased for the past five days, as the family was impoverished and had no good food, clothing or habitation, said his grandson Ashok.

Cold has created havoc from Thursday affecting normal life in the district. No sun light could be seen and people, cattle and the overall environment has been affected because of the cold breeze.

MOTHER MISSING WITH DAUGHTER
Kathmandu, 12 Dec.: Grief-stricken relatives have urged various persons and organisations to find the whereabouts of the mother and daughter, who went missing from Damri of Pythan for over a week, RSS reports from Pyuthan.
Dhana Rokka hailing from Damri-4 went missing with her daughter since December 5, said family sources.

Twenty-five-year-old Dhana went missing with her eight-month old daughter, said police.
