MACCHAPUCHRE BANK, STANDARD FINANCE FORMALLY MERGE

Kathmandu, 11 Dec.: Macchapuchre Bank and Standard Finance are being merged, Nagarik reports
A formal agreement was made at joint meeting in Pokhara Saturday
The name after the bank and finance after the merger will be Macchapuchre Bank.
The value of a share of Rs.100 of Standard Finance is Rs.85 while the face of Macchauchre Bank remains unchanged at Rs.100
The paid-up capital after mergerwill be 2.57 billion.
Macchapuchre Bank will have 65 percent majority stake in the merged bank.
