UPDATE SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON INTEGRATION MEETS

Kathmandu, 11 Dec.: A meeting of the special committee Sunday directed its secretariat to draw up a plan to push the peace process develop structural developments at seven at cantonments.
There are seven in the nation and 21 satellite camps 19,000 plus cantonments.
The secretariat has been asked to present the plan at the next special committee meet 16 December
The secretariat presented the committee with a report of the just concluded regrouping of fighters at seven cantonments.
Altogether opted for 9,690 integration, 7,286 sought voluntary retirement and only six chose for rehabilitation.

Kathmandu, 11 Dec.: Afghanistan Sunday lifted the ACC T20 Championship beating Hong Kong by eight runs in the Nepali capital.
Afghanistan won the toss and batted first and scored 125 runs in 19.5 overs.
Hong Kong was bowled for 117 runs in 19.2 overs
