MAOIST OFFICE BEARER MEET

Kathmandu, 18 Dec.: A meeting of Maoist office bearers met briefly Sunday.
The meeting was adjourned until Monday.
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa now in the dissatisfied Mohan Baidya camp attended the meet amead of a repeatedly postponed central committee meet.

COLD WAVE DEATHS MOUNT TO 11 IN TERAI

Kathmandu, 18 Dec.: Five more persons were killed Sunday in a
continuing cold wave in Saptari and Mohottari in central terai.
Eleven have killed by cold in the terai with the fresh deaths.
