Kathmandu, 16 Feb.: Parties have agreed to an appointment of a Maoist
brigadier general in Nepal Army (NA) to push the integration process, Sarok Raj Adhikari writes in Kantipur.
An agreement between top leaders of Maoists, NC and UML agreed to
a short appointment of one to two years.

461 BEING AMNESTIED ON NATIONAL DEMOCRACY DAY

Kathmandu, 16 Feb.; Altogether 461 prisoners are being amnestied in National Democracy Day Sunday.
A proposal is benig presented at the cabinet by the home ministry.
