Kathmandu, 9 Feb:. Two persons were electrocuted and died overnight at
at Magapauwa VDC in Dolaka
Nawaraj Neupane, 29, and Bishnu Gautam, 18, were killed when they cameincontact with a powerpylon.
Four others were injured.

FORMER WEIGHTLIFTER SURENDRA BAHADUR
HAMAL SAYS HE HAS PANCREATIC CANCER
Kathmandu, 9 Feb.: Former weightlifter Surendra Bahadur Hamal.49. revealed Wednesday he’s undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer.
He represented Nepal at the 1982 Asian Games a 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and is vice-president of Nepal Weightlifting Association.

RAMESH KUMAR SHRESTHA NBA PRESIDENT
Kathmandu, 9 Feb.: Ramesh Kumar Shrestha has been
unanimously elected president of Nepal Badminton
Association (NBA) Wednesday by the third general
assembly of the association.
Shrestha is a former vice-president of the NBA.
A 19-member executive body was also unanimously elected.
Ramji Bahadur Shrestha and Birendra Shrestha were elected general secretary an secretary respectively/
Dipendra Kumar Shrestha is treasurer.
