Kathmandu, 13 March: Speaker Subash Nemwang Tuesday announced
cancellation of his proposed visit to Uganda later this month to attend a
Inter-Parliamentary Union accompanied by some party lawmakers.
The speaker cancelled the foreign visit amid obstacles to complete a peace process and constitution drafting creating uncertainty at home.
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has threatened a bloodshed killing more
than 50, 000 people and opposition leader Kamal Thapa predicting a
military takeover after 28 May either by Maoists in government but still
with an army or state forces.
Leaders of The Big Three and members of a Madeshi front are flying for
