HAIL IN THE CAPITAL; WOMAN KILLED IN DOTIL EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO CROPS IN FAR-WEST
Kathmandu, 3 April: Light hail preceded rain and lightning in some parts of the Valley, including the capital Tuesday afternoon; temperature dropped amid darkness.
Hail storm killed some persons and caused extensive damage to crops in the far-West overnight.
One woman was killed and another injured in Doti.

y. olent hail storm on Monday evening has killed a woman in Doti.
The deceased has been identified as Bhawana Bam, 17 of Gaguda VDC, Doti. Another woman Kamala Devi Bam, 55 has gone missing.
It has been learnt that both the women were swept away by a river. However, body of Kamala Devi has not been found yet.
The two hour long storm has also destroyed the vegetables and fruits planted on the farms.

FOUR ARRESTED WITH 500KG HASH
Kathmandu, 3 April: Four persons were arrested with 500kg hash in the capital this week.
Bir Bahadur Lama,21, Indralal Waiba,18, Ganesh Lama ,18, and Bishwash Lama ,21, of Makwanpur were arrested.
