MADESH FRONT STICKS TO ONE MADESH, ONE PADESH STAND Kathmandu, 27April: The United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) has demanded to merge two separate states proposed by the State Restructuring Commission (SRC) into one. Similarly, the UDMF also decided to oppose the proposal floated by the Maoist party. He said, "We have no reservation over the number of federal states. But, we cannot agree on making two provinces in Madhes." Deputy Prime Minister Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, Minister for Information and Communication Raj Kishor Yadav, chairman of Tarai-Madhes Loktantrik Party Mahantha Thakur, chairman of Tarai-Madhes Loktantrik Party, Nepal, Mahendra Yadav and other leaders of UDMF were present at the meeting.
