NIG THREE AND MADESHSBADI FRONT TO MEET LATER WEDNESDAY
Kathmandu, 18 April: The Big Three and a four-party Madeshbadi Front are holding consultations later Wednesday.
The front is pushing implementation of a 4-poin agreement pushing terai
demands with its coalition partner Maoists.
The front and three parties differ on a federal structure on which where should be agreement to promulgate a constitution by 27 May.

MAOIST CHIEF CONSULTING PLA COMMANDERS
Kathmandu, 18 April: Maoist Chairman Prachanda is holding consultations with former PLA commanders at his residence.
The meeting Wednesday morning.
Top military leaders, including Nanda Kishore Pun, are attending the meeting being held at a crucial time when the road has been paved for integration of former fighters in Nepal Army which they fought during a 10-year insurgency but failed to topple.
Less that 4,000 former fighters have to far opted to join the state army although thre 6,500 openings.
Rank and other technical issues relating of fighters to kin the army have ye to be finalized.
