MAOIST TALKS WITH TWO OPPOSITION PARTIES Kathmandu, 11 May: Maoist leaders Friday held inconclusive talks with two amin opposition parties NC and UML to resolve fundamental differences on stat restructuring by creating provinces to devolve powers. Discussions centered around creating 11 provinces with Maoists inssssistingof single ethnic states opposed by the two opposition parties. NC also insists provinces should be economically viable. Chhetris and Brahmins said they will talk only with leaders of the Big Three. nnnn
