PRACHANDA SUB-COMMITTEE TOBE REVIVED UPDATE Kathmandu, 11 May: A Prachanda sub-committee to resolve differences on themes for inclusion of article will be revived and given another chance to eliminate 117 differences. This was decided at a meeting of the main constitution drafting committee Friday; the meeting preparing a questionnaire to put disputed issues to a vote in the constitet assembly (CA) took the decision. The CA which was scheduled to meet Friday to discuss the vote will be ostponed for the eighth time without any business to conduct. nnnn
