UML EMERGENCY CENTRAL COMMITTEE CALLS FOR RECALL OF INDIAN DIPLOMAT UPDATE Kathmandu, 18 May: Ruling UML emergency central committee has asked government to take moves to ask India to recall Indian diplomat S.
