UPDATE FOUR MINISTRIES ALLOCATED TO UML Kathmandu, 17 May: UML which joined the government belatedly thisweek has been allocated four ministries at a meeting of the Big Three Thursday. The party has been allocated foreign, agriculture, energy and education Ministries paving way for appointment of more UML ministers. The party has sent only two members to government so far—Ishwor Pokhrel and Radha Geywali.. They were appointed to take charge of energy and education ministries. But a meeting of parties with Prime Ministers Baburam Bhattarai Thursday failed to allocate ministries to new ministers.
