JANAMORCHA PROBING WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH CPN (MAOIST) Kathmandu, 20 June: Jnamorcha Nepal has decided to hold bilateral talks with the newly formed CPN, Maoist with an objective of creating environment for co-work. The meeting of the party decided to immediately hold talks with the Mohan Baidya led Maoist party as their principles, policies, strategy and course of action have been clear, said General Secretary of the party, Shadhya Bahadur Bhandari. The UCPN-Maoist was already on the rightist path and was neo- revisionist, and the Dr. Baburam Bhattarai-led government has made many anti-national decisions, he said. The meeting objected to the recently passed Mutual Legal Assistance and Extradition Ordinances, said Bhandari. This is an ill-intention to pass the two bills when they were not passed frequently from the parliament. The two ordinances will open doors for harming nationalism in the days ahead, it said. nnnn FOUR FAMILY MEMBERS SICK IN JHAPA AFTER EATING WILD MUSHROOMS Kathmandu, 20 June: Four members of one family at Chulachuli-7 in southern Ilam have fallen sick after consuming poisonous mushroom on Tuesday night, RSS reports from Damak. Phulmaya, 42, wife of Devi Prasad Hangsurumba, sons Ajit, 22, and Amit, 19, and daughter Sabitra, 16 have fallen sick. They have fallen sick after they consumed mushroom brought from the jungle. According to local health worker, Prakash Bhattarai, all the sick people are undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institution of Health Sciences, Dharan and their health condition is improving. Nnnn ONLY ROAD LINKING MUSTANG WITH REST OF THE COUNTR DISRUPED WITH ONSET ON RAINS Kathmandu, 20 June: The Beni-Jomsom road, the only roadway to link Mustang district which is called a district beyond the Himalayas, has been disrupted with the beginning of the rainy season, RSS reports from Myagdi.. The road section was disrupted after the roads began to crumble away and rivers in the roadway have been flooded. The religious and other tourists to and from the Muktinath temple in Mustang district have been stranded in the way. With the rainfall, vehicles could not pass through Ghattekhola (river) and Rupse river as they were swollen. The road section was encroached by river in Bhirkot of Myagdi district as well. nnnn
