MORE DETAILS ON SHOOTING Kathmandu, 8 June: UML student leaders said Basahta Shahi could have been shot in election rival for the Amrit Science Campus; he was contesting the chairmanship of the union affiliated with UML. Shahi is serious with neck and stomach injuries. He was shot in his rented room. Two persons have been arrested for questioning.
