NANE OF VDC WHERE PM TO SPEND THE NIGHT WEDNESDAY NOT ANNOUNCED YET Kathmandu, 13 June: Government hasn’t named until 11.45 AM the VDC in the capital where Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai will spend the night. Government announced Tuesday the premier will spend one night every month at a village where he’ll interact with people. The initiative coincides with the dissolution of the constituent assembly and call for assembly elections 22 November ruled out by experts. The vote has been called with the imminent break of the monsoon that lasts 110 days, harvest season for paddy, the followed by the festive Dashain and Bhaitika festivals when national life comes to a halt. nnnn
