4 JOINT SECRETARIES PROMOTED SECRETARIES Kathmandu, 12 July: Joint secretaries Durga Nidhi Sharma, Gyan Darshan Udas, Surya Silwal and Dhan Bahadur Tamang were promoted to secretary by a regular meeting of the cabinet Thursday. The cabinet accepted a Rs. 1.58 billion loan from Kuwait Fund for construction of the Budi Gandaki Hydropower Project and Rs. 5.31 billion from the World Bank for maintenance of various bridges across the country. The grants had already been announced earlier. Nnnn
