MOHAN BAIDHAYA BEGNS DSCUSSIONS IN BEIJING Kathmandu, 25 July” Chairman Mohan Baidhaya of CPN Maoist began consultations Tuesday with senior Chinese leaders in Beijing. He returns home Tuesday after concluding a 10-day China visit. Baidhaya held discussions Tuesday with Ai Ping, who just concluded a Nepal visits when he met Chairman Prachanda and Bidhaya but no discussions were held with Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai who is party vice-chairman. There was only a brief encounter between Premier Bhattarai and Chinese Prime MinisterWen Jiabao at a Brail summit of UN on sustainable development.
