NEPSE GAINS ON FOURTH DAY OF WEEKLY TRADING
Kathmandu, 4 July: Nepse gained a marginal 2.93 points or 0.78 percent and
closed at 377.18 points on the fourth day of weekly five-day trading Wednesday.
Buit total turnover gained.
Altogether 187,467shares were traded for Rs.47.760 million in 979 transactions.

UPDATE OPPOSITION ASKS PRESIDNT TO USE HIS CONSCIENCE NOT TO ENDORSE A FULL BUDGET
Kathmandu, 4 July: Opposition Wednesday asked President at a personal
meeting to use his conscience and urged him not to promulgate a full budget for the new fiscal year 2069/70 through ordinance if requested by the caretaker government
of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.
’The president is concerned. He should sign an ordinance only he’s satisfied,” UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal said after a meeting.
“Budget should give continuity to the current budget. The president should use
his conscience which he has under the present situation,” NC leader Ram Sharan Mahat said and added the president shouldn’t sign an ordinance to promulgate a budget.
