Thirty-nine passengers, mostly Indians, were killed and 10 injured are undergoing treatment at hospitals. Fresh reports said the overcrowded bus was carrying136 passengers who reported the driver was drunk—normal for drivers in long routs for scanty monotoring.. nnnn
