UML’S OLI OPPOSESCA REVIVAL Kathmandu, 3 July: Standing Committee member of the CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli, has said that the Constituent Assembly (CA) could not be reinstated, RSS reports from Damak.. At a press meet organised by Press Chautari Nepal at Damak today, Oli said the CA was dissolved as lawmakers were unfamiliar about the issues of CA. He said that Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has no moral ground to lead the government and stressed that a new national consensus government should be formed on the basis of consensus. Claiming the CPN-UML could lead the national consensus government, Oli accused the Nepali Congress of being lured into Maoists' temptations. nnnn
