UPDATE ALL-PARTY MEET CALLED BY PRACHANDA STARTS Kathmandu, 10 July: Opposition parties called by Maoist Chairman Prachanda are participating in an all-party meet that began at 4.30 in the afternoon. They are mainly discussing a budget for fiscal year 2069.70, constituent assembly elections, a consensus government and other issues. After opposition refused to participate in a meeting called by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, the parties agreed to attend a meet called by UCPN Maoist. The premier discussed national issues with coalition partners. She has been linked with Prakash Dahal, the only son of Chairman Prachanda. They have gone missing. They climbed the 8848 meters high Mount Everest, the world’s tallest peak, this spring.
