ELEGANT STATE HALL IN SINGHA DURBAR BEING DEMOLISHED Kathmandu, 24 Aug.: The 107-year-old State Hall [also know as Gallery Hall] in Singha Durbar is being demolished for the expansion of the Office of the Prime Minister with space shortage, Ishworraj Dhakal reports in Nepal Samacharpatra. The Hall has priceless objects and was used at one time to welcome foreign dignitaries on state occasions.. A search on for a place to put the objects.
