GOVT., REBEL GROUPS DIALOGUE Kathmandu, 4 Aug,: After a long gap, government is holding talks with two armed groups in Sunsari Armed Police Force headquarters Pakali Saturday. The government team is led by Peace Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi. Talks are being held with Janatantrik Tarai Madhes Mukti Party (Bhagat Singh) and Khumbuwan Mukti Morcha.
