NAOIST MEET SATURDAY TO ALLOCATE RESPONSIBILITIES Katmandu, 4 Aug: A high-powered UCPN Maoist organization committee for the first party general convention meeting Saturday will allocate responsibilities to senior leaders. The body also acts as party central committee following dissolution of bodies after a stormy plenum in the capital. The Maoist general meeting is slated for mid-February 2013. The last meeting of the organizing committee chaired by party boss Prachanda decided to expand the organizing body from 175 to 251 members. The party will discuss other issues as well Saturday. nnnn
